Attendance Reporting

In order that we may keep proper track of attendance, if you attend a meeting at another club or attend a Rotary meeting that is not a Club Meeting, please report your attendance to Linda This will help to ensure that your attendance is reported in the proper month.

The Not So Small Print

(1) We ask that Rotarians please find their own substitutes if they are unable to meet their assigned duty obligation. Failure to meet your assigned duty or find a suitable substitute will result in a fine from the Sergeant-at-Arms
(2) Red Badge Greeters will be rotated through as quickly as possible so they can complete their 4-time blue badge requirement.
(3) Complaints about duty assignments may be directed to the club president who may/may not take your call. Please note: The last person who complained has gone missing ever since.
(4) Week-by-week duty reminders may be found in the club’s (“Roto”) newsletter.
